Mamaki tea has a bouquet of fresh clean hay, an herbaceous body, and a light mint finish. On the palate, Kilani Brew Mamaki tea possesses a nutty, earthy, and roasted flavor with herbal afternotes, developing a subtle sweetness the longer the tea is left to steep.
RECOMMENDED PREPARATION:
Place one tea bag in a 6-ounce or 8-ounce sized tea cup.
Pour boiling water into cup and let steep for 10 - 20 minutes, or until a rich color develops. Mamaki tea can be steeped for an extensive period of time without developing a bitter taste.
